The minimum base salary for this position is $65,000 and the maximum is $75,000, plus additional annual profit-sharing bonus potential. Salary may vary based on education, knowledge, and experience. Job Description: The Payroll Administrator is a key member of the Human Resources team responsible for performing payroll and administrative tasks to ensure accurate processing, recording, and auditing of WEST's multi-state and Canadian payroll and associated taxes. This role works closely with support staff and management to ensure payroll compliance and accuracy across jurisdictions. Responsibilities include:

Requirements: A Payroll Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely compensation for employees, safeguarding both employee trust and organizational integrity, and therefore the ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications and requirements.
After an offer of employment is made, the candidate must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, drug screening, and a DMV records check that meets WEST's minimum criteria to operate a motor vehicle on behalf of the company. A valid driver's license will be required.
