Description In this position, the processor handles loan documents for real estate loans and assists the underwriters, lenders, appraisers and closing team to finalize an accommodate, a timely and complete loan. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Secondary education with related experience preferred. A background screening will be conducted. Position level will be commensurate with knowledge, experience and education.
This position operates professionally in an office environment with considerable time spent at a desk using office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. Noise level is moderate with constant communication and interactions with others. Ability to travel on occasion to all market areas and attend seminars or training sessions offsite.
