Job Summary The Manager Integrated System Planning Portfolio will be responsible for managing highly complex or enterprise-wide Integrated System planning programs consisting of multiple planning domains and large transformational projects that span multiple organizations. Works across numerous planning, analytical and data organizations and with business partners to develop an overall program strategy for a portfolio of work along with the project planning and resourcing needed for execution. This role is responsible for delivering all project insights and enhancements within their portfolio on time and on budget whilst meeting the strategic and business requirements of the organization.
Essential Functions
- Plans and orchestrates the delivery of a portfolio of analytical solutions and scenarios that are comprised of highly visible, high-profile projects that span the organization and have significant enterprise impact.
- Develops overall program strategy and transparent and repeatable processes to ensure proper sequencing and integration of large/complex projects within the portfolio and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as necessary, based upon the needs of the business.
- Communicates with Planning leadership and senior business leadership to review program strategy, direction and changes.
- Continually evaluates and maintains efficiency in managing the portfolio of programs through analytical enhancements, planning, scheduling and budget assessment.
- Manages as well as influences a team of multiple planning owners as well as project managers and project resources for the execution of programs/projects.
- Monitors, measures and reports on program status to planning leadership and senior business leadership.
- Provides leadership, direction, coordination and coaching for project managers and project teams during their day to day management and implementation of integrated system planning analytics & Business projects, programs, activities and processes
- Manages multiple planning service providers selected to participate in assigned projects, including full vendor management procedures
- Delivers a portfolio of complex projects and enhancements on time and within budget.
- Leads financial forecasting and financial management for a portfolio of work.
Required Qualifications For Position
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of complex, enterprise-wide forecasting as well as integrated capacity and/or supply chain expansion planning management experience with
- At least 5-7 years of leadership experience across analytics, planning, I.T and business functions
- Experience with project cost management and resource capacity planning
- Experience in the indirect management of team members, including assisting in the development, training and assignment of work to other members of a team.
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management best practices including knowledge of waterfall, agile and SDLC methodologies and tools
- Must have excellent leadership skills (proven ability to coach, develop and lead a team) and must be able to work with a diverse project team consisting of resources from all parts of the organization (both planning & Business)
- Proven ability to engage and develop relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders with clarity and precision
- Strong Business Process Analysis skills and Business Process Mapping
Preferred Additional Qualifications for Position
- Experience implementing continuous improvement & change management approaches to support programs
- Experienced quantifying impacts of risks and issues to scope, schedule, budget and prioritizing and driving resolution
- Experience in utility planning in areas such as Generation, Load, Transmission & Gas
- Experience in Agile delivery approaches
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI Upon Hire

Salary Range*: $133,400.00 - $200,100.00
*The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity. Posting Start Date: 2026-06-03
