You will gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations.
You will help lead our critical Talent Service (Recruiting, Immigration and Mobility) portfolio's across 450 suppliers. Your performance will be evaluated against key metrics, including the realization of a Talent Service-related category strategies supporting the business strategy, financial impact, adherence to sustainable procurement & risk standards, colleague experience and the strategic growth of the category.
You will build analytical capacity across the team by developing success metrics for initiatives and categories, enhancing tools and techniques to track and report on performance, and serving as a critical thought partner support continuous improvement across all areas of people category procurement activities. You will also collaborate closely with stakeholders to support the delivery and implementation of the category strategy, ensuring it aligns with broader Optimize and McKinsey goals.
You will collaborate with Talent Service leaders to identify and action opportunities to expand colleague experience and reduce costs without compromising quality or employee satisfaction. You will identify trends and gaps, share expertise with cells to ensure full understanding of market and options to improve solutions and strategies. You will drive the analytical agenda and data infrastructure across multiple teams, ensuring teams' strategic decisions and roadmaps are informed by data.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in business, operations, or other analytical fields
  • 4+ years' experience in business, consulting, research, or quantitative fields
  • Comfort with navigating ambiguous situations with thoughtfulness and pragmatism
  • Strong problem solving, structuring, communications and client service capabilities
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Capable of raising issues, generating solutions, and working effectively under pressure
  • Non-hierarchical approach with flexibility and the ability to build consensus among team members
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and carry them out independently while being mindful of the big picture
  • Sensitivity with confidential information and adherence to the highest professional and process standards
  • Strong influencing capabilities, including willingness to push back and deliver tough messages to senior audiences, and demonstrated track record of leadership in high-performing teams
  • An entrepreneurial, action and growth-oriented mindset
  • Ability to engage audience and create clear, logical, and structured communications across all formats, with fluent level language skills in English
