Scrum Master and Business Analyst The Opportunity: We are seeking a Scrum Master and Business Analyst to support Robotics Process Automation (RPA) initiatives for our government client. In this hybrid role, you will guide an Agile delivery team while also providing analytical insights that inform product decisions, sprint planning, and continuous improvement. You will coach the team on Scrum best practices, remove impediments, and ensure predictable delivery, while also analyzing data related to product performance, workflow efficiency, and outcomes. You will work closely with product owners, developers, analysts, and client stakeholders to translate business and data requirements into actionable user stories, dashboards, and metrics. Using tools such as Jira, Microsoft Office, and data analysis platforms, you will help teams make data-driven decisions that improve delivery effectiveness and enhance patient access to critical healthcare information and services. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
