This company is renowned for its collaborative environment, commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and its relentless pursuit of excellence in creating impactful products and services that reach millions worldwide. Join a team where your contributions directly influence global initiatives and drive significant business outcomes.

Are you a marketing powerhouse with a passion for creating exceptional experiences and driving tangible results? We're seeking a dynamic individual to step into a pivotal role where you will not just execute, but redefine how a global technology leader connects with its most strategic clients. In this position, you will be the architect of engaging event experiences, the guardian of executive relationships, and the analytical mind that transforms data into actionable insights, directly impacting the success of high-profile global initiatives. Your work will elevate brand perception, foster critical partnerships, and ensure seamless, high-touch interactions that leave a lasting impression on key decision-makers.

As a core member of our marketing team, you will design and maintain a favorable public image, building brand and product recognition through innovative marketing campaigns and projects. You'll bring marketing strategies to life by leveraging your deep understanding of marketing channels and their organizational impacts. This role is crucial for developing and implementing pioneering marketing communications strategies that amplify media and public engagement across all channels. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of belonging, encouraging inclusive decision-making, and building psychological safety within the team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide thought leadership, developing points of view and standards for advertising, and aligning strategic efforts across global marketing initiatives.

* Analyze data to uncover new marketing opportunities and audience insights, driving data-informed decisions.

* Partner with stakeholders to ensure content and campaigns across media and social channels are high-quality, reflect brand voice, and uphold brand integrity.

* Champion psychological safety, fostering an environment where diverse perspectives thrive, and actively mitigate biases while promoting cultural understanding.

* Drive the development and implementation of pioneering marketing communications strategies to achieve broad media and public amplification.

* Cultivate external relationships with venues, suppliers, and agencies, managing contract negotiations, spatial and audiovisual planning, and event logistics.

* Analyze, track, and report on campaign/project ROI using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, focusing on pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics, and collaborating with sales teams to maximize impact.

* Act as a primary client point of contact for medium-scale media planning, partnering with global media teams to scale strategies.

* Engage and guide media agencies to elevate their day-to-day work, prioritizing workflow for optimal media execution.

* Drive the development and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve business results, overseeing content positioning and marketing programs across social, on-network, and off-network media channels.

* Develop, implement, and analyze creative social media content, social selling programs, employee/leadership activation, and measurement strategies.

* Develop comprehensive internal and external promotion plans with minimal guidance, maximizing awareness and engagement before, during, and after projects in collaboration with growth, content, and design teams.

* Create inclusive spaces for collaboration in meetings, projects, and events, role-modeling and empowering inclusive behavior while providing constructive feedback on non-inclusive actions.

* Manage high-touch registration and drive audience development for global CxO events, bridging back-end data management with executive customer service.

* Act as an internal tool subject matter expert, building back-end form logic, managing daily RSVP reporting/uploads, and providing capacity forecasting.

* Deliver white-glove support to C-level attendees, managing invitation/briefing communications and triaging email aliases with agencies.

* Partner with sales and internal teams to maintain priority client lists, utilizing advanced data management tools to track engagement and build dashboards.

* Maintain event websites, integrate creative assets, and partner with technical teams to optimize the digital user flow.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proficiency in data analysis & synthesis.

* Demonstrated creativity in marketing strategy and execution.

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Strong understanding of consumer behavior.
