We are seeking an accomplished and visionary individual to step into a pivotal role as a user experience expert. In this position, you won't just conduct research; you'll be a driving force, leveraging your deep understanding of user behavior and research methodologies to profoundly influence product strategy and decision-making. **What You'll Do:**

* Lead moderately complex research projects from conception to completion, operating with significant autonomy and expertise.

* Drive user-centric thinking across teams, proposing innovative ideas and recommendations that enhance products and services.

* Act as a key advocate for inclusive research and design practices, fostering the creation of equitable and accessible products.

* Strategically guide product development by synthesizing user, product, service, and business needs into actionable insights.

* Develop and communicate compelling research findings, insights, and recommendations to cross-functional partners, maximizing impact and visibility.

* Define and implement qualitative and/or quantitative frameworks, surveys, and metrics to evaluate the impact of products and services on users and the broader ecosystem.

* Utilize a comprehensive understanding of business goals, user trends, and industry landscape to inform and drive user-centric decision-making.

* Contribute to project prioritization, resource allocation, and proactively identify and remove roadblocks to ensure project success.

* Identify evolving user needs and research opportunities, adapting strategies for large and complex programs to maintain relevance and impact.

* Build consensus and influence stakeholders, effectively communicating research-based solutions and anticipating challenges.

**What You'll Bring:**

**Minimum Qualifications:**

* Proficiency in interactive technology.

* Expertise in ethical UX research principles and practices.

* Strong command of UX research methodologies (qualitative and/or quantitative).

* Comprehensive understanding of the product development lifecycle.

* Deep knowledge of human/user behavior.

* Skilled in UX storytelling to effectively convey insights.

* Proficiency in various research processes.

* A strong grasp of UX systems thinking.
