Aquent, a trusted partner in connecting top talent with leading organizations, is partnering with a global leader in employee services and technology. This team supports a large global workforce and is transforming how employees access important HR content through modern content systems, structured content, and AI-enabled experiences.

Are you a detail-oriented content professional with strong CMS, editing, and content operations experience? As a Senior Content Editor, you will support a large-scale content transformation project focused on preparing, migrating, validating, and optimizing employee-facing content. This is a great opportunity to use your content management, project coordination, metadata, and AI content readiness experience to help improve how employees find and use critical information.

What You'll Do:

  • Content Transformation and Migration: Prepare employee-facing and internal HR support content for migration from an existing content system into a new content management platform. Support the transformation of a large content library as part of a multi-phase migration effort.
  • Content Management and Updates: Create and update content in existing and new systems during the transition, ensuring process and policy changes are reflected accurately and completed within defined service level agreements and delivery timelines.
  • Structured Content Strategy: Help transform long-form, single-use content into reusable, metadata-rich content fragments that support new channels, audiences, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Quality Assurance and Validation: Participate in testing, validation, and sign-off to confirm migrated content has the correct metadata, structure, formatting, and content owner approval.
  • Content Standards and Optimization: Contribute to content standards, style guidelines, and optimization recommendations. Identify opportunities to improve content clarity, consistency, reuse, and AI personalization.
  • Workflow Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve content management workflows, content storage, and publishing processes in partnership with global teams and product partners.
  • Project Coordination: Manage content publication work for complex features by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, setting deadlines, tracking dependencies, escalating risks, and supporting timely delivery.
  • Metadata and Content Reuse: Apply and promote content taxonomy and metadata standards to improve discoverability, reusability, and long-term content maintenance.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional content management experience in a CMS such as Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, or a similar platform.
  • 2+ years of project management or content project coordination experience.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience managing content for AI applications, AI-enabled tools, or structured content delivery.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow content standards and guidelines.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholder needs, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience working with reusable or headless content.
  • Experience with information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, or content models.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and explain complex business processes.
  • Strong judgment, clear communication, and collaborative working style.
  • Experience working in a global or cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience managing multi-language content or content for an international audience.
