CyberArk / IAM Engineer II Engineer II - Identity & Access Management (IAM) to support and enhance enterprise identity and privileged access solutions. This role is handson and engineeringfocused, contributing to the modernization of a legacy CyberArk environment while supporting IAM services across onprem, SaaS, and hybrid platforms. The engineer will work closely with senior IAM leaders to strengthen security posture, improve audit readiness, and enable futurestate, cloudforward IAM architecture. Location & Work Environment * Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite * Location: Arlington, TX * Normal office or hybrid working conditions Standard Job Titles * CyberArk Engineer * IAM Engineer * Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer * Identity Security Engineer * Access Management Engineer Top Critical Skills & Experience (Most Important) * CyberArk PAM Engineering (OnPrem v12+) - handson experience supporting and enhancing privileged access platforms * Identity & Access Management (IAM) - engineering experience across provisioning, authentication, governance, and access lifecycle * Enterprise Security Operations - experience supporting production identity/security platforms with SLA and audit requirements * SaaS & Hybrid Integrations - exposure to cloud/SaaS authentication and application onboarding * Strong Collaboration & Communication - ability to work with business units, auditors, and crossfunctional IT teams Required Skills, Tools & Technologies Core IAM & Security Technologies * CyberArk (OnPrem v12+ required) * Privileged Access Management (PAM) * Identity & Access Management (IAM) * Okta (SSO / MFA) * SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint ISC * Active Directory / LDAP * Identity provisioning and access certification systems Engineering & Platform Support * SaaS and application onboarding * Authentication integrations * System health checks, monitoring, and remediation * Joiner / Mover / Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes * RBAC modeling and workflow support * PKI and certificate lifecycle support * Technical Skills * Scripting (PowerShell, Python, or similar) * CyberArk migration or upgrade experience * Windows and Linux environments * Access management and governance reporting Key Responsibilities IAM Engineering & Operations * Support and enhance IAM solutions for provisioning, authentication, governance, and privileged access * Manage tickets, incidents, and service requests while meeting SLAs * Participate in oncall rotations and afterhours support * Provide audit artifacts, evidence, and remediation support Identity Platform Engineering & Integration * Support integrations with CyberArk, Okta, SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Active Directory, LDAP, and databases * Assist with onboarding applications into IAM platforms * Support SaaS migration and authentication initiatives * Perform system health checks, apply fixes, and implement monitoring Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, TX.
