What You'll Do

As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll drive business growth across your assigned market:

• Develop and grow your territory by selling heavy equipment solutions
• Build relationships through regular job site visits and customer meetings
• Identify new opportunities and close deals
• Maintain customer accounts, pipelines, and market insights in CRM systems
• Track competitor activity and market trends
• Participate in industry events and trade organizations
• Collaborate with internal teams while managing your accounts independently
• Provide responsive support to customers when needed

What You Bring

• Experience in outside sales or a sales-focused role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to manage time, territory, and priorities independently
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel daily within your territory

(Heavy equipment, construction, or industry experience is a plus)
