Location: Manor, TX

Pay Rate: $24.00 - $37.00 per hour

Schedule:Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Training Schedule: 1st week 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.



  • 1+ years of production planning and supply chain management experience.
  • Experience in a quick-turn, low-volume, engineer-to-order manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • CPIM/CIRM certification preferred.
  • Strong production planning and scheduling experience.
  • Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret Engineering Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Meeting facilitation and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.


Work Environment



  • Primarily office-based with frequent interaction with manufacturing operations.
  • Occasional travel for training or meetings.
  • Ability to sit, stand, use a computer, and lift up to 25 lbs. (more with assistance).
  • Exposure to hazards including electrical current, moving mechanical parts, and chemicals.
  • Subject to frequent interruptions.
  • Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) where applicable.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and maintain production plans and master production schedules.
  • Release, reschedule, and manage work orders throughout the production cycle.
  • Monitor production requirements and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
  • Analyze material and component availability to support production schedules.
  • Reconcile production and material conflicts and resolve shortages.
  • Manage Work-in-Process (WIP) inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with engineering, quality, purchasing, manufacturing, and materials teams.
  • Evaluate and coordinate engineering change orders (ECOs).
  • Facilitate production, operations, and material status meetings.
  • Troubleshoot production control issues and drive corrective actions.
  • Monitor labor loading and capacity requirements.
  • Interface with customers regarding delivery schedules and production issues as needed.
