Description

1. Handles all incoming customer calls including service dispatching, tracking and scheduling of calls, call status tracking and call changes, entering new sites, collections, modifying existing sites and handling all general enquiries. May provide support and backup for other areas of the business. May handle calls after hours.

2. Creates and dispatches work orders in iCare daily for scheduling of planned maintenance and service.

3. Attends weekly planning sessions; conducts weekly service paperwork reconciliation; performs weekly timesheet data entry.

4. Schedules Service Agreement work orders as required.

5. Monitors and follows up on subcontractor pricing; processes and approves invoicing.

6. Accurately and promptly communicates/processes work order purchase order requests.

7. Procures Parts/Materials for service work orders.

8. Provides Service Quotes to customers with the assistance of the supervisor.

9. Performs monthly billing of T&M, service agreements, and box sale work orders as required.

10. Participates in weekly/monthly AR DSO phone calls and provide support documentation as required to ensure timely collection of open serivce AR.

11. Under supervision from the SAR/SS, schedules Preventative Maintenance / Test and Inspect (and other SA work as required) - this includes ensuring timely communication with contract customers, key customers and sub contractors.

12. May provide Specialists with badging and access to customers sites. Work with specialist supervisor to ensure that badging is documented/recorded.

13. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Education
Associates of Business Administration (preferred)
Experience
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE IN: MS Office Suite tools (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) Smartsheets, Sharepoint, PowerBI (preferred)
2-5 years previous experience in service coordination or similar customer service role. (required)
