Join our team as a Resident Services Coordinator at Avenida del Sol and Ruby Vista!

Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of others? Gorman & Company is seeking a compassionate, organized, and community-focused Resident Services Coordinator to support residents at two affordable housing communities, Avenida del Sol and Ruby Vista. In this role, you'll connect residents with valuable resources, coordinate engaging programs and events, and help foster a thriving community environment where residents can succeed.

This position is working 32 hours per week and would have a schedule of 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM four days per week.

What You'll Do

  • Build strong relationships with residents and connect them with community resources and support services.

  • Coordinate educational, wellness, and social programming through partnerships with local agencies and organizations.

  • Assess resident needs and identify opportunities to promote housing stability and overall well-being.

  • Create and distribute monthly resident newsletters and activity calendars.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with resident services requirements and reporting standards.

  • Collaborate with property management teams to address resident concerns and strengthen community engagement.

What You'll Bring

  • Two or more years of experience in social services, social work, behavioral health, nonprofit organizations, or a related field.

  • Ability to build trust and establish positive relationships with diverse resident populations.

  • Schedule: 32 Hours, four days per week, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel between properties and community partner locations as needed.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are strongly preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field preferred.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and projects.

  • Competitive salary starting at $27-$30/hour
