As a Product Manager, you will play an important role in driving the growth and success of assigned product lines by defining strategy, guiding development, and delivering market-driven solutions. This role is responsible for translating customer needs, market insights, and business objectives into actionable product plans that support long-term performance and competitive positioning. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to manage the full product lifecycle-from concept through launch and ongoing optimization-ensuring products deliver value to customers and align with business goals. POSITION LOCATION: Toledo World Headquarters or Tampa, FL (hybrid; up to 25% travel) What You Will Be Doing:
- Define product strategy and roadmap by gathering market insights, customer requirements, and competitive intelligence to guide product evolution.
- Lead product lifecycle management, including business case development, product definition, launch planning, and ongoing performance optimization.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to align product strategy with business priorities and customer needs.
- Translate customer feedback and performance data into actionable product enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory environments, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and communicate value propositions that clearly articulate product benefits and differentiate offerings in the marketplace.
- Support product launch and commercialization efforts, including positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
- Use data and analytics to evaluate product performance, define success metrics, and guide decision-making.
- Lead through ambiguity by applying structured problem-solving and critical thinking to complex business challenges.
- Build alignment across stakeholders by effectively communicating recommendations, influencing decisions, and driving execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in product management, marketing, or a related field supporting product strategy, development, or commercialization.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market, customer, and financial data to inform decisions and build business cases.
- Experience working cross-functionally to align teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs in a dynamic environment.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Experience applying structured problem-solving and critical thinking to complex or ambiguous situations.
- Working knowledge of product development processes and lifecycle management.

- Experience managing products in competitive or evolving markets.
- Familiarity with market research, segmentation, and customer strategy development.
- Experience supporting product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
- Exposure to data analysis tools or systems used to track product performance.
