JOB MISSION:
Responsible for coordinating cross functional efforts to execute on time Sample Purchase Order release to manufacturing partners. Responsible for all tasks related to NB purchase order placement and confirmation, while ensuring suppliers adhere to NB's order management guidelines and attainment of designated KPI's -including, but not limited to x-factory performance and PO data management. Ensure the accuracy and data integrity of all purchase order information in a timely fashion. Act as the primary internal liaison to all cross functional teams including but not limited to customer service departments, development, and operations teams to ensure that both NB and customer expectations are accurately executed at the factory PO level. Responsible for monitoring the overall factory on time delivery to ensure overall performance is optimized.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Specific responsibilities include executing Sample PO releases, reviewing delivery statusand weekly exceptions.

  • Update PO's as needed.

  • Work closely with suppliers, OM teams, NBIL, as well as other cross functional partners to resolve and communicate problems and provide visibility to appropriate teams

  • Identify process improvement initiatives related to both PO Management and cross functional activities

  • Perform other related duties as requested by management.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced planning and/or purchasing environment preferred.

  • Experience developing and implementing supply chain process improvements, preferred.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills

  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office (WORD, EXCEL, etc.), ERP systems, Diver, xPC, etc.

  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).

  • Willingness to travel

Lawrence, MA Corp Only Pay Range: $25.15 - $31.45 - $37.75 Hourly (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)
