Behavioral Health Program Manager II - Residential Housing (Fri-Sun 7am-7:30pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Oversee clinical operations, staffing, and milieu management across four group homes and three supportive housing apartment sites during weekend hours.

• Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and support Mental Health Techs working across day, evening, and overnight weekend shifts to ensure high-quality, consistent client care.

• Clinical Guidance: Oversee immediate clinical needs, crisis de-escalation, and the implementation of treatment plans, utilizing Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy (CT-R) principles.

• Collaborative Continuity: Partner closely with weekday Residential Managers and the Director of Residential Housing to ensure seamless communication, shift handoffs, and care coordination.

• Atmosphere of Recovery: Foster a compassionate, inclusive, and stable environment that promotes client independence while empowering weekend staff.

Minimum Requirements

• Education & Experience Option 1: Master's or doctorate degree from an accredited program in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related human services field approved by the State of Missouri. Must be a Qualified Mental Health Provider (QMHP) or licensed/licensable (e.g., LMSW, PLPC, LCSW, LPC) in the State of Missouri.

• Education & Experience Option 2: Bachelor's degree in a human services field with significant, demonstrated leadership and clinical experience working with the behavioral health population.

• Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in behavioral health, with a preference for prior supervisory, case management, or residential housing experience.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to lead multicultural staff and serve diverse client populations.

• Driving Compliance: Must meet the requirements specified in the Fleet Driving Safety and Compliance Policy and maintain these requirements as a condition of employment.

• Training: Completion of all required orientation and leadership training within the established company timeline.
