Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a seasoned Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) executive to serve as a Business Development Director, driving growth and shaping new opportunities across the Intelligence marketspace. This highly visible role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of customer engagement, mission understanding, and business strategy. This position reports to the Chief Growth Officer of Peraton's Space Sector. While the role is based in Northern Virginia, nonlocal candidates will be expected to travel as needed. What You'll Do As a key member of our Space Sector growth team, you will collaborate closely with operational and functional leaders to expand Peraton's footprint across IC and DoD Space customers. You will:

Target Salary Range $176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
