As an Associate Marketing Creative, you will be at the heart of content creation and production, delivering impactful pieces that integrate seamlessly into various products and programs. You will leverage your deep expertise in design, development, writing, and production to solve complex challenges, identifying innovative approaches and recommending creative enhancements. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive technical and creative visions, build compelling narratives, and foster an environment of psychological safety and inclusive decision-making within your team and across collaborators. Your contributions will directly influence the quality and reach of creative output, making a significant difference in how the company's initiatives are perceived and experienced.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver comprehensive content creation and production projects, demonstrating proficiency across design, development, writing, production (pre-production, physical production, post-production), publishing, and operations processes.

* Solve defined production problems by identifying multiple approaches and recommending creative improvements to solutions.

* Drive and produce content for projects of moderate to high complexity, with a focus on a range of video projects.

* Assist in bringing solutions to life through specialized craft skills in writing, design, and production.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop clearly written pre-production plans, including identifying target audiences, schedules, and potential challenges.

* Suggest diverse production styles and techniques, understanding their applications in creating digital media products.

* Evaluate content to ensure alignment with creative and technical visions, conducting interviews and screenings across disciplines.

* Direct nuanced or complex creative and technical changes across disciplines for optimal story development with minimal guidance.

* Build and nurture relationships with internal teams, collaborators, external agencies, and other third-party resources.

* Champion psychological safety within the team, encouraging inclusive decision-making, facilitating inclusive meetings, and actively mitigating biases.

* Act as a diversity change agent, working to evolve processes, culture, and other barriers to inclusion.

* Role model and empower inclusive behavior, providing constructive feedback on non-inclusive actions.

* Exercise sound judgment and take swift action to uphold core values and codes of conduct.

* Proficiency in project management skills.

* Experience with content management systems.

* Demonstrated analytical approach to problem-solving.

* Strong knowledge of digital media.

* Ability to provide effective client/partner advising.

* Understanding of industry knowledge relevant to creative production.

* Knowledge of budgeting principles.

* Familiarity with business operations and product knowledge.
