Your contributions will directly empower leadership and foster the success of high-impact programs. **What You'll Do:** * **Financial & Procurement Operations:**
* Manage end-to-end purchase order and statement of work processes, including vendor onboarding, approvals, tracking, and reconciliation.
* Collaborate closely with finance and procurement teams to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
* Track budgets, spend, and forecasts across multiple projects and vendors.
* Ensure financial hygiene through timely invoicing, accruals, cost tracking, and reporting.
* Support financial reporting for leadership, including budget status, variances, and reallocations.
* **Project Management - Innovation Workstream / Strategic Initiatives:**
* Drive day-to-day project management of innovation-focused initiatives, such as accelerator programs.
* Maintain integrated project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
* Track progress, proactively identify and surface risks/blockers, and ensure follow-through on key actions.
* Support the intake, prioritization, and tracking of projects within the innovation pipeline.
* Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and status updates for leadership.
* **Central Team Coordination & Governance:**
* Act as a central coordination point across central teams, regional teams, and external vendors.
* Structure and facilitate key operational rhythms, including status meetings, working groups, and check-ins.
* Ensure alignment across initiatives, timelines, and deliverables.
* Maintain a "single source of truth" for plans, trackers, and key materials.
* Support governance processes, including documentation, approvals, and reporting standards.
* **Vendor & Stakeholder Management:**
* Coordinate work across multiple external vendors (e.g., consulting, communications, event, technology partners).
* Manage delivery quality, timelines, and outputs from suppliers.
* Support statement of work scoping, onboarding, and performance tracking.
* Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and vendor teams.
* **Reporting, Insights & Operational Excellence:**
* Build and maintain dashboards and trackers for project, financial, and resource management.
* Provide clear, executive-ready updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.
* Drive continuous improvement in processes, including financial workflows, project tracking, and reporting.
* Support the implementation of new tools, such as AI-enabled tracking, dashboards, or automation. **What You'll Bring:** **Must-Have Qualifications:** * 8-10+ years of experience in project/program management, operations, or PMO roles.
* Proven experience supporting complex finance and procurement processes (e.g., purchase orders, statements of work, vendor management).
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs or initiatives with robust governance and tracking.
* Strong operational and execution mindset, capable of driving initiatives forward independently.
* Excellent project management discipline, encompassing planning, tracking, and risk management.
* Strong stakeholder management skills across various regions, functions, and seniority levels.
* High attention to detail combined with the ability to operate effectively at pace and in ambiguous environments.
* Data-driven and analytical, comfortable building dashboards and working with data.
* Clear, concise communication skills (written and verbal).
* High professionalism and ability to thrive in senior leadership environments.
* Familiarity with common productivity and project management tools, including advanced spreadsheet, data visualization, collaboration, and planning software. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Experience in innovation, AI, or transformation programs.
* Internal communications or content creation experience (e.g., newsletters, videos).
