As an Application Developer within Anaplan's Workforce Center of Excellence, you will design and deliver out-of-the-box and extensible applications on the Anaplan platform that support workforce planning, forecasting, and analysis across industries. This includes position, role, and skill-based planning, as well as resource supply, demand, gap, and capacity planning at both operational and strategic levels. Working closely with Workforce Product Management, Application Solutions Architects, and cross-functional Application teams, including Finance and Supply Chain, you will develop integrated planning solutions thatleverage Anaplan Intelligence and the latest platform innovations. You will also partner with Go-to-Market and Professional Services teams to ensure customers and partners fully realize the value and capabilities of these applications. This role combinesexcellent collaboration skills,deepunderstanding ofWorkforceusecases,theAnaplanplatform,Model Builderexpertise, and aninnovative mindset combined withstrong attention to detailand deadlines. Your Impact Buildand deliverWorkforceApplications byleveragingthe suite of Anaplan platform components (includingmodel and UX building, user management,dataintegration,reporting, etc.)by: PartneringwithWorkforceProduct Managementto ensureapplicationrequirements are understoodanddocumented, updating as required. Designingand buildingtheapplicationand UX to meet requirements,workingwithSolutionArchitects where the requirements are complex Ensuring the user experience developedmeets UX standards,is intuitive,and easy to use. Participating inquality assurance,updatingand refining as needed, through successful delivery. Upgradingapplications withnewAnaplan platform capabilities andfeatures, as driven by prospects,customersand partner feedback. Partner withCenter of ExcellenceAdvisors,Product Management,ProfessionalServicesandGTM Enablement Teams to ensuretheWorkforceCOE delivers: Compelling conceptual demos and all supporting content including trainingandguides. Fullconfiguration andimplementation ofcontent,documentation,andbest practices toAnaplan'sdelivery Teams. OngoingWorkforceApplication improvements and optimizations. Act as a trustedinternal and externalknowledge expertfor yourWorkforce Applications. Potentially support Sales and Customer success with prospect and customer opportunitiesand escalations,includingenablingAnaplan partners. Key Metrics Meetthenewreleaseand upgradeproject deadlines forWorkforceApplications. Adoption and successfuldeployment ofWorkforceApplications fromenablement by Anaplan TeamsthroughCustomerimplementations. Your Qualifications 3+ years of diverseexperience as an AnaplanModelBuilder,deployingWorkforce, Finance, or Operational use cases.At least Level 3 Certification. Master Anaplannerpreferred. Able to bring anengineeringdisciplineto Anaplanapplications -ensuringscalability,configurable functionalityand the ability to manage yourapplicationbuild activitiesthrough tocompletionand delivery. Ideal but notrequired: Experience with some of the widerfacetsof the Anaplan platform (Workflowand Polaris,etc). Understanding ofproduct management, GTMoperations,and enablement. Excellent communication, facilitation, and knowledge-sharing skills, witharesults-drivenperspective,able to collaborate across teams, with a focus on contributing deliverables of the highest possible quality and impact. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business, ora relatedfield.
