Pay Rate:Earn up to $17.00/hour with selection of Enhanced Pay option; without selection of Enhanced Pay, rate is $15.00/hour.

Shifts available:Day,Evenings, Overnights and Weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Providedirect careand support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist withpersonal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
• Supportlife skills development, including household tasks and social skills
• Providecommunity support, transportation
• Promotehealth, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained)
• Complete requireddocumentation, progress notes, and service logs
