Responsibilities:



  • Lead recruitment efforts for manufacturing, production, assembly, and support positions through third-party staffing agencies
  • Partner with production managers to forecast staffing needs based on production schedules, seasonal demands, and special projects
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing agencies, coordinating labor needs and ensuring candidates meet job requirements
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and integration into the workforce
  • Conduct New Hire Orientation (NHO) sessions
  • Ensure completion of background checks and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Respond to employee questions regarding company policies, payroll, benefits, and HR-related matters
  • Support compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workforce management practices
  • Assist with employee engagement programs and activities that promote a positive workplace culture
  • Serve as backup support for payroll processing of direct company employees
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department and assist with special projects as needed
  • Support employee relations initiatives and help foster a productive manufacturing work environment


Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR or staffing experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Experience working with staffing agencies and managing workforce needs
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and labor law compliance
  • Strong understanding of staffing strategies and workforce planning
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations and production-driven staffing requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese required for effective communication across diverse teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software applications
