Job Summary

The Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) will be a strategic and analytical candidate with a background in RGM, sales, finance, trade marketing and/or project management. This position is a part of the Revenue Growth Management team within the Sales Strategy group. The ideal candidate will be able to lead and influence people, analyze data, and make sound recommendations in an often-ambiguous environment. The right person for this role will thrive on being a team player and a natural problem-solver, with the ability to align effectively across internal functions and drive consensus across multiple stakeholders. The role will involve a mixture of daily business partnership and project leadership, collaborating with both internal and external partners.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and execute the four core Revenue Growth Management (RGM) pillars: Price Pack Architecture (PPA), Strategic Pricing, Promotion Effectiveness, and Trade Terms.

Pricing & Price-Pack Architecture



  • Lead the development and execution of holistic, long-term pricing and price-pack architecture strategies across channels, including ongoing monitoring and governance
  • Establish pricing guidelines and guardrails, including price floors and ceilings for everyday and promotional pricing.
  • Drive pricing initiatives, including price increases/decreases, and assess impact on volume, revenue, and margin using elasticity-based analysis.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) in the NPD process to establish pricing for new product launches
  • Support development and implementation of tools and systems to enhance pricing capabilities


Promotion & Trade Investment Optimization



  • Evaluate promotional effectiveness, including lift, cannibalization, and pre/post-event analysis, and develop promotional guidelines and guardrails aligned with long-term brand goals.
  • Analyze and quantify opportunities and risks from promotional activity (e.g., competitive dynamics, channel strategy, margin impact)
  • Support development and implementation of tools to enhance promotional analytics and decision-making
  • Partner with Commercial Finance to define and track key trade metrics and KPIs.
  • Provide guidance on portfolio/customer segmentation and trade investment allocation across channels
  • Monitor trade spend effectiveness and develop ROI-based recommendations to improve profitability and guide investment allocation.


Other Duties



  • Partner with cross functional leaders to ensure alignment and solicit feedback regarding priorities. These partnerships include Sales, Corporate Finance, Commercial Finance, Sales Strategy, Category Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, and others.
  • Collaborate and strengthen relationships with Customer teams and cross-functional resources to disseminate RGM best practices and standard processes and procedures.
  • Ensure consistency of RGM principles across brands and geographies.

Education and Experience Profile

  • Role not eligible for sponsorship
  • BS/BA degree required; MBA in Business or Marketing preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ experience in revenue growth management, sales, finance, and/or trade investment.
  • Preferred 2+ years direct experience in revenue growth management (including pricing strategy, trade investment management, and eComm Channel pricing exposure)
  • Relevant experience in leading change initiatives within organizations.
  • Experience collaborating on cross-functional projects with other business teams.
