The Thompson Center is a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to advancing care, research, and education for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related conditions. Designed to support interdisciplinary collaboration and innovative service delivery, the Center provides a modern, patient-centered environment equipped with cutting-edge clinical spaces, technology, and resources. The Director of Applied Behavior Intervention Services (ABIS) provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across all ABIS service lines. This role is responsible for advancing clinical excellence, optimizing service delivery, and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree in related/relevant area or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $80,000 - $93,000 annually. Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck. The University of Missouri provides generous leave, health plans, and retirement contributions that add to your bottom line.
