Description
The Senior Landscape Architect - Project Manager (LA) functions as a fully competent Landscape Architect in all aspects of the subject matter of assignments, responsible for planning and designing various community facilities and places. Develops and evaluates plans for a variety of assignments including tasks carried out by others. Assesses the feasibility and soundness of proposal preparation. Performs and manages complex and sensitive professional landscape architecture designs and planning projects that are authentic to the local context and community setting. The PM/Sr LA is expected to manage clients, track project budgets, engage in business development, and professional networking. The position often requires effort outside normal business hours to meet client requests and/or attend meetings. Essential Functions:
