We are seeking experienced, member-driven candidates with leadership experience and a sales-and-service mentality, for the position of Member Engagement Specialist in Chantilly (VA).

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end online membership application process and initial onboarding, ensuring seamless, digital first member experience.

Key Job Functions:

  • Responsible for processing and managing high volume of online applications for new memberships and additional deposit products, including data validation, documentation review, and onboarding completion.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of core systems (Meridian Link, Symitar, and related systems) to support efficient account opening and service delivery while identifying potential fraud risks or data discrepancies.
  • Conducts prospective Member outreach as needed to gather information, clarify requirements, support timely account decisioning, and recommend relevant products and services to promote financial wellness and increased product adoption.
  • Performs quality control reviews on all new account documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs., as needed, and requires extended periods of sitting and/or standing and to be able to use PC, copier, scanner, fax, etc.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Three to five years of similar or related experience. Progressively responsible experience within a financial institution preferred.
  • A high school education or GED.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Must be able to push, pull and/or lift up to 50 lbs., as needed. Requires extended periods of sitting and/or standing, and to be able to use PC, copier, scanner, fax etc.
  • Symitar and Meridian Link experience are a plus

Compensation ranges are based on market data that enables Justice Federal Credit Union to remain competitive with other credit unions of similar asset size.
