As Senior Strategic Account Manager for Japan Global Solutions (JGS) in the U.S., you will deliver customized strategic account advisory services with subject matter experts. Work closely with Japanese multinational companies, Aon leadership, and colleagues across solution lines to drive revenue growth and deepen relationships with U.S.-based Japanese corporations. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work virtually, with a strong preference for candidates who can commute to the Chicago office. What the Day Will Look LikeYou will focus on strategic account management and business growth for U.S. Japanese business at Aon. You will frequently interact with clients' risk and financial leadership (e.g., CEO, CFO, Risk Manager, Finance Manager) as well as Aon's Account Service Teams.
This role is distinct because it is designed specifically to support Japanese multinational clients and requires a unique combination of language ability, cultural fluency, and strategic account leadership. You will operate at the intersection of client advisory, growth planning & execution, and cross-regional collaboration.

Pay Transparency Laws:The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $140,000 - $160,000 USD annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
