Job Description:
The United States Marine Corps (USMC) Force-on-Force Training Systems-Next (FoFTS-Next) program provides training tools designed to prepare Marines for any contingency, anywhere. Saab, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Site Lead to support the FoFTS-Next program at Camp Pendleton, CA. The Site Lead is responsible for overall site operations, personnel leadership, and training execution in accordance with contract deliverables. This position leads Team Saab personnel and serves as the primary point of contact for USMC stakeholders at the assigned site. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all training events at the site, including coordination with Contractor Regional Operations Warehouse (CROW) personnel and USMC units to ensure effective system utilization, mission readiness, and successful training execution. This position also provides program-level oversight of cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned activities. It ensures execution from development through delivery within established budget and schedule constraints, while coordinating across functional disciplines, managing technical personnel support, and contributing to cross-functional execution of program requirements. Responsibilities:
Compensation Range: $127,300 - $165,500 The compensation range provided is a general guideline.
