The University of Virginia School of Engineering invites applications for an Engineering Service Coordinator. This position serves a hybrid role providingproject coordination, work order scheduling, and hands-on facilities maintenance support. The role bridges administrative and field operations by coordinating small-to-medium facilities projects, scheduling and dispatching maintenance work, and performing or assisting with technical tasks to maintain buildings, equipment, and furniture across the Engineering School. The position requires strong organizational skills, customer service orientation, and technical competence in academic facility operations. This is a full-time in-person role. Compensation: The Anticipated Hiring Range for this position is $26.00 - $36.00 ($54,080 - $70,720 Annually). This is a full-time position with UVA benefits. Physical Demands: Will require frequent traveling, standing, and climbing stairs to access buildings and facilities in order to assess conditions and review facility projects.
