Facilities Coordinator- JLL What this job involves: As a Facilities Coordinator at JLL, you'll serve as a key contributor to various regions on a high-visibility corporate account, acting as the vital connection point between our support services, account team members, and clients. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is organized, efficient, and eager for learning and growth. You'll work collaboratively to solve problems, resolve unique situations, and continuously improve processes while maintaining the high standards our clients expect. What your day-to-day will look like: * Assist with the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to create and maintain work orders with technical staff, vendors, and service providers * Respond to all work orders in a timely manner, ensuring KPI compliance and delivering excellent customer service * Act as a liaison between JLL support services, account team members, and client stakeholders * Assist with vendor badging processes and other process-oriented administrative tasks * Work with facilities personnel, teammates, and vendors to facilitate seamless work execution and high-quality coordination with minimal operational interference * Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness, and creativity in finding solutions for service delivery challenges * Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and innovate in service delivery approaches Required qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in facility management, property operations, or commercial real estate environments * High school education required; undergraduate degree preferred * Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for work order coordination and tracking * Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Drive with intermediate-level spreadsheet skills * Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities * Ability to multitask and work independently without direct supervision * Strong organizational skills and collaborative working style Preferred qualifications:* Proven ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations * Experience working on high-visibility corporate accounts * Demonstrated commitment to high-quality customer service and client-focused approach * Track record of working effectively in team-oriented environments Schedule: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm Location: Plano,TX This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
