What You'll Do * Perform accurate data entry and document scanning * Work closely with multiple departments to ensure customer accounts are set up according to company policies and procedures * Research and resolve account discrepancies * Respond to vendor inquiries regarding account and payment status * Prepare and complete reports using Excel (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) * Maintain organized filing systems * Provide receptionist coverage and general administrative support as needed What We're Looking For * Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply * Strong customer service mindset with clear and professional communication skills * Comfortable with data entry and working in multiple systems * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Excel skills required (VLOOKUPs; Pivot Tables preferred) * Basic math skills and strong attention to detail Why This Role * Gain hands-on experience in a professional office setting * Build transferable administrative and customer service skills * Opportunity to grow and expand your career within a corporate environment Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Tinley Park, IL.
