Job Description




As a Security Officer Communications - Clearance Required in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Professional supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location. In this role, you will monitor assigned systems, coordinate communications, document activity, and help address security-related concerns with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

    Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response and dispatch activities.
  • Monitor communication systems, receive and document calls for service, and dispatch appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by coordinating radio and/or telephone communications, relaying key details, and supporting timely response efforts.
  • Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and dispatch records while communicating relevant updates to site leadership and/or responding personnel.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, with working environments and conditions varying by location.

Minimum Requirements:

  • An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification.
  • Be 21 years of age or older.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
