This leader will translate ambiguity into clear, executable AI roadmaps grounded in measurable business outcomes. The VP of Enterprise AI will serve as a trusted advisor across Business Leadership, IT, Data Services, Information Security, Legal/Privacy, Finance, HR, Procurement, and external partners, operating within a highly collaborative, matrixed environment. The role requires strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence without authority-aligning competing priorities, driving cross-functional clarity, and sustaining momentum across enterprise initiatives. While deep engineering expertise is not required, sufficient technical literacy is essential to evaluate use cases credibly, engage as a peer with technical teams, and distinguish genuine enterprise value from AI hype. This leader must demonstrate sound judgment in governance, security, and risk, ensuring responsible adoption while maintaining speed, relevance, and business impact. Responsibilities
Strategy & Roadmap. Own the enterprise AI agenda - identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities by value, feasibility, risk, and cost, and convert broad interest into a governed roadmap of pilots and initiatives.
