About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience
The Agentic Talent Development team at Salesforce is focused on building career experiences that help employees grow, move, and build their future here. As Manager, Career Coaching and Critical Talent Development, you will turn strategy into execution - designing and delivering coaching experiences that support career growth and retention, while bringing an AI-first mindset to how employees and managers engage with development. This is a hybrid role with three days in office each week.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Design and deliver career coaching experiences aligned to the Grow and Retain Critical Talent priority, supporting employees in clarifying career goals, identifying growth opportunities, and taking action on development plans.

  • Partner with Talent, Employee Success Business Partners (ESBPs), managers, and business stakeholders to connect coaching to key talent moments including career planning, internal mobility, talent reviews, and succession planning.

  • Use AI tools to improve the speed, quality, and personalization of coaching experiences, and help test agentic workflows that make career growth more visible and actionable for employees and managers.

  • Manage program delivery end to end - building project plans, tracking outcomes, preparing stakeholder updates, and using data and feedback to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.

You're Our Person If...

  • You have 5+ years of experience in talent development, career development, learning and development, HR/Employee Success, or organizational development.

  • You have strong project management skills with a track record of managing multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders to deliver results.

  • You have experience supporting coaching, career development, leadership development, or employee growth initiatives, with the ability to translate strategy into clear plans and measurable outcomes.

  • You have strong communication, data literacy, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to surface insights and drive continuous improvement.

Even Better If...

  • You have a coaching certification or active career coaching experience.

  • You have experience working with external coaching vendors, platforms, or technology partners.

  • You have hands-on experience using AI tools to improve workflow, personalization, or program delivery.

  • You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting in a fast-moving environment.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we'll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future - but to redefine what's possible - for yourself, for AI, and the world.
