The Senior Administrator - Production is responsible for overseeing daily production support activities while driving continuous improvement initiatives across operations. This role ensures efficient, reliable, and high-quality production processes through proactive problem-solving, performance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination. The position requires strong analytical skills, operational leadership, and a commitment to optimizing systems, processes, and workflows.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for production operations, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid issue resolution.
Monitor production systems, workflows, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent output and quality.
Coordinate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve operational issues.
Investigate and troubleshoot production incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain production documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and reporting systems.
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste within production processes and recommend sustainable improvements.
Track and analyze performance data to drive optimization efforts and improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Facilitate process improvement workshops and cross-functional improvement projects.
Implement and sustain best practices across production teams to ensure long-term operational excellence.

Show your expertise

Minimum Required
5+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations support.
Experience in an administrative or coordination role within a production environment.
Experience with production tracking or ERP systems.
Familiarity with basic process improvement practices.

Specific Skills & Knowledge
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data tracking.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic proficiency with Excel or similar tracking tools.
