*NCMR Coordinator, 7am - 3pm
Job Summary

The primary function of this position is to manage NCMR's. This will involve coordinating any

required refurbishing of products with the Production and Quality teams, the tracking of rework

labor, the collection of scrap counts, and the entering of data into various systems. There will

also be collaboration with Continuous Improvement teams, in an effort to make corrective

actions related to NCMR's preventing future repeat occurrences.


Description


  • Coordinate with Quality to determine refurbish processes



  • Support operators with training of refurbish processes.



  • Coordinate labor needs with Production teams



  • Collect required data for NCMR tracking



  • Assist in maintaining NCMR backlog sheet



  • Oversee general organization and cleanliness of the MRB area



  • Participate in the daily NCMR meeting



  • Participate in Continuous Improvement efforts



  • Review MPI's for accuracy related to workmanship issues.



  • Communicates information with the production and engineering team as needed.



  • Utilizes time management and organizational skills to ensure tasks are completed on time.



  • Follows and complies with safety policies and procedures.



  • Accurately completes all required documentation.



  • Meets attendance policy requirements.



  • Contributes to team effort by assisting in areas as needed or directed.



  • Other duties as assigned




Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:




  • Proficient math and computer skills. 1-2 years of experience operating Molding



  • machines is preferred, along with a solid understanding of quality




LANGUAGE SKILLS:




  • Ability to read well and understand job routings and work instructions. Must be able to



  • communicate effectively with coworkers at all levels.




INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:




  • Must possess the ability to give clear direction in a team environment. The successful individual



  • will lead team members through varying job difficulty levels. Must be self motivated and work



  • with little supervision.




REASONING ABILITY:




  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
