APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical components using hand tools and production equipment. Perform wiring, component installation, and mechanical assembly according to technical specifications. Read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and technical documentation. Follow established procedures and work instructions to complete production tasks accurately. Operate automated and manual production equipment as required. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications. Communicate with team members regarding production status, issues, and task completion. Escalate equipment, quality, or process concerns to supervisors for resolution. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of experience in electronic assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or production environments. What Sets You Apart: Associate Degree. Microscope experience Experience in handling small products/microchips (part is no larger than a quarter in diameter). Ability to perform basic functions on a PC/Microsoft Office Close attention to detail and quality. Good communication skills. Teamwork-oriented. Ability to work with little or no supervision. Ability to make quality decisions quickly. Patience. Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check. Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
