What You'll Do:
- Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical components using hand tools and production equipment.
- Perform wiring, component installation, and mechanical assembly according to technical specifications.
- Read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Follow established procedures and work instructions to complete production tasks accurately.
- Operate automated and manual production equipment as required.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Communicate with team members regarding production status, issues, and task completion.
- Escalate equipment, quality, or process concerns to supervisors for resolution.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in electronic assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or production environments.
What Sets You Apart:
- Associate Degree.
- Microscope experience
- Experience in handling small products/microchips (part is no larger than a quarter in diameter).
- Ability to perform basic functions on a PC/Microsoft Office
- Close attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication skills.
- Teamwork-oriented.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Ability to make quality decisions quickly.
- Patience.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
- Able to lift arms to shoulder height to load the tool
- Good hand/eye coordination - manual dexterity is needed as will be working with glass products
