The Office of Philanthropy plays a critical role in advancing this mission by securing the philanthropic resources necessary to fuel innovation and patient care. Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Planned Giving, the Senior Executive Director, Planned Giving serves as a subject matter expert and strategic leader responsible for driving fundraising success. This role is primarily frontline-focused, managing and soliciting a portfolio of planned giving prospects, while also providing guidance and leadership across the team. The Senior Executive Director will develop donor strategies, cultivate relationships, and collaborate across the organization to support a high-performing, metrics-driven fundraising program.
