Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $70 Hourly Plus subsidized Benefits Start Date: Jul 6, 2026 Consumer Experience Senior Product Designer This role will need to be in the Boston area or in Somerset County area in NJ. Senior Consumer Experience (CX) Product Designer, will partake in and realize the vision and responsibility of providing the world-class user experiences product design delivery globally for Sanofi products and ecosystem. You will partner with Product and Engineering teams to develop amazing user experiences. In this role, you will play a key role in helping drive the future of the CX. You will collaborate with product design leads, research, product, and engineering partners across the organization to build consumer-focused design solutions at scale while cultivating a culture of user-centric design. You must be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open and collaborative peer environment. You must be able to lead projects forward in the face of ambiguity. Top notch Product Design skills/capabilities, Human-Centered Design process and methodologies, a must. Core Design Capabilities: Leverage existing design system while innovating within its framework; establish new responsive/reusable patterns when needed Systems & Strategic Thinking: Design comprehensive end-to-end flows with deep consideration for interconnectivity and holistic user experience across diverse user types Design trust, transparency, and human agency into AI features (natural language search, smart recommendations, assistance tools) aligned with broader strategic landscape Expert-level Figma/FigJam skills (Cursor experience a bonus-our dev team leverages this tool) Comfortable in agile environments, collaborative by nature, skilled at integrating stakeholder feedback into design iterations Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Design, HCI or related field.
