Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Targeting Analyst to join our team at Seymour-Johnson AFB, supporting the Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence Directorate (A2). The Targeting analyst will play a critical role in delivering training, mentorship, and facilitation of targeting and mission planning tradecraft to enhance the capabilities of intelligence professionals. This position requires expertise in targeting, mission planning, instructional delivery, and the ability to support mission-critical training programs for Air Force personnel. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver high-quality intelligence products, including target folders, weaponeering solutions, and collateral damage estimates.

Target Salary Range $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
