We are partnering with a global healthcare and medical technology organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative products, research, and clinical expertise. This temporary assignment offers the opportunity to work directly with executive leadership while supporting initiatives that make a meaningful impact on healthcare worldwide. For the right candidate, this role has the potential to transition into a permanent position.


What You'll Do

As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership and key members of a scientific and regulatory team. You will play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities include:



  • Managing complex executive calendars across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Preparing and processing expense reports
  • Scheduling meetings, conferences, presentations, and special events
  • Drafting, editing, and formatting professional correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Supporting global projects and collaborating with international stakeholders
  • Creating presentations, reports, newsletters, and other business documents
  • Recording meeting notes and ensuring timely follow-up on action items
  • Maintaining confidential records and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
  • Serving as a key point of contact for internal and external business partners


What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience supporting executives at the senior leadership level
  • Experience supporting leaders within healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, quality, regulatory, or medical affairs environments is highly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to work independently while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience coordinating travel, meetings, and executive-level events
