Requirements: Fluent in English and Spanish preferred Previous legal office, paralegal, immigration, or professional administrative experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively Strong customer service and client communication skills Job Duties: Conduct client intake interviews and gather case information Assist with the preparation and filing of immigration documents and applications Translate documents and interpret for Spanish-speaking clients as needed Maintain case files and monitor important deadlines Communicate with clients regarding case status and required documentation Schedule appointments and manage attorney calendars Provide administrative and legal support to the attorney Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is complete and organized Assist with general office and case management duties as needed More Than Just a Paycheck.
