Location: Monroe, NC

Pay Rate: $17.51 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Shift: 4 AM-12:30 PM

Requirements:



  • Previous manufacturing, production, mixing, batching, or material handling experience.
  • Ability to accurately measure and weigh materials using scales and production formulas.
  • Forklift experience preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and production specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Basic math and recordkeeping skills.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment that is not climate-controlled.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.


Job Duties:



  • Operate industrial mixing equipment used in ceramic material production.
  • Measure, weigh, and blend raw materials according to approved formulas and production specifications.
  • Monitor mixing processes and make approved adjustments to ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Operate forklifts to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
  • Prepare experimental and specialty material batches following written instructions.
  • Collect and deliver material and powder samples for laboratory testing.
  • Gather and document incoming raw material samples as required.
  • Complete daily production records and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Complete required training and assist with additional production duties as assigned.
