The Production Supervisor - Machining on 3rd shift plays a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and effective production operations within our manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for leading a team of highly skilled hourly employees, including Machinists, while supporting production workflow, quality, employee performance, and operational planning. This role promotes a culture of Zero Harm, partners with other departments to ensure operational success, and serves as a key leader in maintaining a productive and inclusive work environment.
