What to Expect
As a key leader on the Energy Service Team, the Coordination Manager oversees daily operations and performance of the Commercial Coordination team, driving KPIs, strategic initiatives, and operational excellence. The role requires strong critical thinking, team leadership, time management, communication, analytical skills, creative problem-solving, and a solution-oriented mindset while championing automation and AI adoption.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations and coach the team to meet expectations and achieve results
- Optimize FST schedules using current systems and dashboards while leading the transition to automation and AI tools for greater accuracy and efficiency; lead adoption of automation and AI tools to streamline workflows and improve scalability
- Refine processes for efficiency, compliance, and standardization
- Deliver training on core skills and new technologies aligned with business goals; build a high-performing culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation
- Partner with leadership on goals and performance targets
- Resolve complex challenges proactively with end-to-end ownership
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years in customer service, project coordination, electrical projects, or construction preferred
- Strong ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and open to new technologies
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with willingness to adopt AI/digital tools
- Strong collaboration and feedback-receptive mindset
