What to Expect As a key leader on the Energy Service Team, the Coordination Manager oversees daily operations and performance of the Commercial Coordination team, driving KPIs, strategic initiatives, and operational excellence. The role requires strong critical thinking, team leadership, time management, communication, analytical skills, creative problem-solving, and a solution-oriented mindset while championing automation and AI adoption.
