WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Assemble and install metal building structures, including but not limited to standing up walls, roofs, sheet metal, fiber insulation, and foam board insulation.
Install doors, windows, panels, framing, and other structural or mechanical components according to specifications.
Experience in construction, carpentry, Drywall, General Construction, Insulationor related hands-on trade.
Roles may require frequent bending, kneeling, and maintaining balance, with occasional climbing or repositioning to support production needs.
This position is classified as medium work, requiring the ability to lift, carry, or move materials up to 50lbs.occasionally, 30lbs.frequently, and 10lbs.consistently.
Employees must be able to effectively communicate, hear, and visually assess work to ensure quality, safety, and accuracy in a manufacturing environment.

nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $14.80 - $27.50 Per Hour
