This position will work a hybrid schedule which includes a combination of working both onsite in La Jolla and Hillcrest, and remote. UCSD Department of Otolaryngology is among the leading otolaryngology centers in the country. Under supervision of the Principal Investigator, the incumbent will provide comprehensive administrative support for a research projects aimed at disorders that impact the head and neck region. Responsibilities will include patient recruitment, protocol management, tracking study participants, data management and assistance with budget and resource management. Projects will included a variety of different projects that focus on diverse topics including but not limited to hearing loss, airway stenosis, swallowing, and nasal disease. The associate will have the opportunity to work with a number of physician scientists who are leaders in their respective field. The department requests but does not require at least a two-year time commitment. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $59,905 - $71,451 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $28.69 - $34.22 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). | |
