Temple University's School of Sport, Tourism, and Hospitality Management at the Fox School of Business is searching for an Assistant Director of Graduate Student Services! Become a part of the Temple family and you will have access to the following: Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 Position Summary This position collaborates closely with faculty, admissions and enrollment management, the STHM Center for Industry Engagement, and STHM leadership to support graduate enrollment goals, student retention, academic success, and professional development initiatives. The Assistant Director works to maintain student and administrative compliance with school and university policies. The Assistant Director exercises independent judgment, manages complex projects, analyzes enrollment and student success data, and represents STHM at school-wide and industry events. The role also contributes to strategic planning efforts in coordination with STHM leadership and the University's central units in areas related to graduate enrollment, orientation/student-on-boarding, academic advising, student engagement programming, and continuous improvement initiatives that STHM priorities.
