The ideal candidate will be a proven:

Delivery-focused, execution-driven leader.

You manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously - setting milestones, owning critical path, and driving outcomes even when the path forward is ambiguous. Equally comfortable in the weeds with operations, product, and other teams as you are presenting to senior leadership. You move fast from analysis to action.

Strategically grounded contributor with strong business acumen.

You quickly grasp how an organization's divisions, functions, and dependencies fit together - and use that understanding to build and execute plans that actually work. You structure ambiguous problems into clear frameworks, pressure-test business cases, and communicate with executives with confidence.

Outcome-focused, strategic enabler.

You build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, earning influence without authority. You know the difference between change that's announced and change that actually takes hold.
