Position Summary We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on the role of SI&OP Process Owner & Master Scheduler. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating supply chain and operational strategies within military programs, ensuring efficient production planning and seamless integration with cross-functional teams.Job Description SI&OP Process, Master Scheduler & Planner Production (Military Programs) Job Description Summary SI&OP Processes: Develop and implement Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SI&OP) processes tailored for synchronized production, inventory, and demand within military programs. Leverage industry best practices and emerging trends in SI&OP for continuous improvement in a military program environment. Master Scheduling: Establish and maintain a Military Programs Master Production Schedule for efficient production planning and resource allocation. Collaborate with military procurement, production, and logistics teams to gather insights for decision-making. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for effective decision-making. Collaborate with programs, business development, procurement, materials, manufacturing, and logistics teams for seamless integration. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SI&OP and program scheduling. Propose improvements based on performance data analysis. Risk Management: Help identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks within military programs, ensuring continuity of supply and minimizing disruptions. Implement risk management strategies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize advanced analytics within the ERP system to generate reports on SI&OP process performance. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in the SI&OP Process. Team Management and Mentorship: Lead a dedicated team of cross functional leaders in the execution of the SI&OP process. Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. Process Development and Improvement: Drive initiatives focused on process development and improvement within the business, emphasizing efficiency and effectiveness. Identify opportunities for innovation and implement best practices to enhance overall supply chain performance. Production Planner Creates and releases work orders in ERP system. Coordinates with production, materials and purchasing to ensure timely delivery of materials for Production. Reviews job picks list to match material identified with the material listed on the bill of material. Audit all completed jobs for Epicor time and expense entry and job receipt to inventory transactions. Creates engineering jobs for non-production builds, including experimental, test and pilot products. Coordinates with Accounting to verify that project jobs have the correct group code and project ID assigned to ensure cost is allocated correctly. Qualifications:
Expected Compensation: The expected compensation range for this role is $103,376.00 - $129,168.00.Please note this represents the expected range.
